Nearly four decades in the construction industry have equipped Henry with a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering passion for progress. His journey began alongside his father, where he learned the cornerstone values of hard work, integrity, and the lasting impact our actions have on others. Throughout his career, Henry has faced challenges and setbacks, but through hard work, dedication and perseverance, he has emerged stronger. This journey taught Henry the importance of understanding people, your purpose, the power of self-belief, and determination, purpose and simply believing in yourself.

Today, Henry wears multiple hats, each driven by his desire to make a positive impact. As a preconstruction executive at Southland Industries, he secures and executes projects while championing Lean Construction principles for efficient delivery. His dedication to the industry extends well beyond Southland. He serves as the Chair of both the Associated General Contractors of America's Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee and the Lean Construction Institute's Board of Directors. Through these roles and industry engagement, he advocates for pre-apprenticeship and workforce development programs, creating clear pathways for anyone seeking a career in construction. His commitment earned him recognition as not only an industry expert, but an authentic and highly-effective instructor, mentor, keynote, and champion for diversity and inclusion.

Through tailored training programs, including workshops based on his "Seven Principles: Creating Your Success in the Construction Industry," Henry and the HGN3 team equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to drive industry change by focusing shifting old mindsets and encouraging inclusivity and diversity as a catalysts for growth.
