The construction industry's at a critical turning point. There's a major issue threatening to hold it back: a lack of capable leaders who can navigate the industry's evolving landscape and workforce. It's not just about a shortage of leaders. It's about a shortage of individuals with the right skills and mindset to steer the industry through its challenges. Generational attitudes, workforce diversity and fierce competition for talent call for leaders who are mindful, innovative and adaptable. Limited training opportunities, traditional education focused on technical skills and a lack of comprehensive leadership programs have created a glaring gap in leadership that needs to be addressed.

HGN3 is committed to closing this gap by:
